got home and enjoyed the quiet. when a daughter got home, she asked why I had baked those chocolate cupcakes.
"'Cause I've lost three pounds," I told her licking the swirl of frosting off the top of one. "And I wanted to celebrate."

Rain is OK, long as you have someone to share it with. Chocolate cupcakes, on the other hand . . . might have to get selfish there. Save me one anyway.

Oh, and congrats on the 3 lbs. Bet ya look great. I've lost 15 since I have been back from Greenland; divorce agrees with me.
