Okay, I haven't learned to purl yet. Maybe this week if I can get into the yarn shop to see how it's done. But I'm learning to knit. First lesson yesterday.
Nothing like I expected. Needles are bamboo and not any kind of metal. Yarn and yarn and beautiful, beautiful yarn. I could do some major damage in that store, but no! I'm still trying to make my way through the 15+ yards of fur I bought in February. Still I could get really crazy! And all the gadgets! A stitch counter-- of course I need one!
And that sweater I'll knit for you -- yes, the one with one arm shorter than the other. YOU WILL WEAR IT and you'll love me for it ;-)
